Sessions are 30 Minutes with the MindFlex Coach of your choice. You may use the sessions as scheduled. Sessions expire 12 months after purchase. All cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid losing a scheduled session by email to info@informlifefitness.com. Sessions may be transferred to another member with prior approval from IN FORM LIFE FITNESS management. Each session has a value of $75, as a preferred customer you received the discounted price.
